- Add the missing 200x200 tool icon (entry referenced an icon that was never committed, so it rendered broken) - Drop the inflated '190+ languages' claim (ships the highlight.js common subset) - Mark heading IDs as partial: auto-generated, no custom IDs - Tone down the description per the directory's minimal-marketing guideline

Adding MacMD Viewer, a native macOS Markdown viewer with Mermaid diagram support and QuickLook extension. Modeled the tool file after existing entries like Marked 2.
